AFRICAN AND YOUTH LED
Our Music & Life-Skills teachers and management staff are all programme alumni, uniquely qualified to lead because they’ve lived our participants’ experiences. We develop talent from within, ensuring deep community insight under the direction of our African CEO, Andrew Agassi.

We partner with a robust network, including community groups, international NGOs, and governments. Our life-changing programmes across Sub-Saharan Africa are delivered in collaboration with over 30 locally-run organisations.
