BRASS FOR AFRICA IS AN AWARD-WINNING CHARITY THAT DELIVERS MUSIC & LIFE-SKILLS EDUCATION TO OVER 1500 DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACROSS UGANDA, RWANDA AND LIBERIA.
Since 2009 we’ve partnered with over 20 organisations such as the UNHCR, Plan International and Oxford University to deliver over 30 programmes in Africa. All our teachers are local and alumni of our programmes.
Music is a powerful tool to engage and transform. Our 2023-2028 Strategy guides the entire organisation as we expand our work across 5 Key Pillars: Gender Equality, Disability Inclusion, Community Empowerment, Workforce Readiness and Fulfilment of Music Potential.
