TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RACE FOR EQUALITY
- Entrants who take part in Brass for Africa’s RACE FOR EQUALITY challenge are 100% responsible for selecting a safe route to exercise. Entrants should wear hi-viz clothing if exercising in low light conditions and take care around traffic or when exercising off-road. Brass for Africa accepts no responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained whilst taking part in a RACE FOR EQUALITY challenge.
- Anyone is welcome to take part in the RACE FOR EQUALITY challenge but under 18s are advised to be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- By entering our RACE FOR EQUALITY challenge, you are accepting that Brass for Africa will contact you to confirm your entry and keep you updated on the progress of your order. You have the option of being added to the Brass for Africa newsletter mailing list to receive updates on future events, offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- The RACE FOR EQUALITY challenge is not a competitive event and as such, there will be no winner.
- RACE FOR EQUALITY will be free to use any images uploaded to the RACE FOR EQUALITY Enthuse Page or in which we are tagged on our social channels for any purpose.
- Entrants of the RACE FOR EQUALITY must adhere to social-distancing COVID-19 regulations and Government Guidelines.
- Any donations made are non-refundable.
